CPU Usuage

I'm new to Win XP, is there a way to check current CPU usuage? Is there an utility in XP to see this?

If you want to check cpu usage, right click on the taskbar, and click "Task Manager", or press ctrl+alt+delete (dont worry, that wont restart your computer!). click on the perfomance tab, and youll get graphs telling your cpu usage, and page file usage.

System Idle Process usess most of the CPU most of the time, well it does not really use it.
