Adding second CPU via PCI card

Greetings:

Is it possible to add a second CPU via a PCI expansion slot, thus making a poor person's dual CPU machine?

I've just upgraded my Celeron 1.8 Ghz 400 FSB computer to a 2.5GHz Pentium 4 400 FSB. It seems a shame to throw out the CPU (or sell it at an auction site).

Is this possible?

Here are three possible options. Save it as a test CPU to troubleshoot future PC problems.

Save it for another computer build. Either for yourself, family member or for sale.

Offer it for sale in the trading post at PCMech forums.

I have never seen a PCI CPU controller, and since everything on the mobo is controlled by the CPU and chipsets, including the PCI, I don't see how it would work in reverse. I.E. sending information to the PCI to be processed by the CPU. However I am not an expert on the subject.

I've seen a complete PC on a PCI card (about $600, though), but I've never heard of a PCI card with just a CPU socket. If one existed, it couldn't run any faster than a 133FSB, since the PCI bus is limited to that speed.
