I'm trying to setup videoconferencing with iVisit and a Canon ZR50. My comp's specs are in my sig.
Right now, all I'm getting is a cable channel from the line connected to my TV-in on my AIW card.
Anyone know what settings I need to change?

So you're going from the A/V out on your miniDV cam to the A/V in on your AIW.
Is your camera set for capture or playback?
Does iVisit list the video in on your AIW as a video source?
BTW, there is a way to use your firewire port to make your miniDV cam a webcam. Go to OrangeMicro's site, they have a program called WebCamDV - works flawlessly for me with Yahoo IM and NetMeeting.

I'm using the firewire connection for the camera and it's set for capture.
iVisit lists both my AIW as a video source and a generic MS DV camera. If I select the camera, all I get is a green screen.
hmm...I could try using it off of composite video

iVisit relys on Video for Windows drivers - your IEEE1394 connection uses WDM drivers. They don't speak the same language persay - that's what OrangeMicro has cleared up with WebCamDV. It's the only utility I'm aware of that will allow you to use a firewire-based camera on a webcam-based connection.
