this is kind of sad but it annoys me so here goes: because i don't do cookies, when i want to make my first post of the day i click on either "New Thread" or "Reply". then this screen comes up saying cannot post because you are not signed in or something. on this page there is a form at the bottom where you can login. i am used to using hotmail, other sites and my account at school where you can type in your username press TAB and then type my password. when i press tab on this page the next element is a link to "forgot your password" or something. i am forever typing my username, pressing tab and typing my password, then pressing enter and being taken to the "forgot you password" screen. could the "forgot your password" link be moved to the bottom. PLEASE i think i may be forced to commit computicide if i have to suffer this again.
i know its sad but there are little things that wind everyone up yes?

You can use Google to do an autofill - fills your usename and your password for you. I'm guessing that really depends on your browser (persuming MSIE6 SP1) and whether it remembers your password - it sometimes does, it sometimes doesn't.

I don't know if you'd want to do this, but you can choose to disable all cookies, and then type in PCMech as the exception, and allow cookies from this site only.

I dunno.. I guess I've just got in a habit of entering my user name then double tab to the password. Tis no big deal to me.

they appear to have disabled the whole TAB thing now anyway and you have to actually Click in the form-field. has confused and frustrated me further!!!
i had not realised you could select to enable cookies for pcmech only, will look into that...
