Connection problem

I am having trouble connecting to a specific web site and think the problem is on my end, as I can
connect O.K. at work. The web sit is www.annoyances.org I'm only haveing trouble getting
into the discussion forums. I can access all the rest of the web site.
When I do a ping I get 3 time outs with "Packets sent =4, Received =0, Lost=4 (100% loss)
When I do a tracert I go through 14 hops o.k. and then get timed out on the next 4 hops.

I'm also not able to post any messages over at the windows xp newsgroup but Iv'e noticed other new posts there since I have been trying so I don't think the problem is on there end.

Any ideas what might be going on. I'm not having trouble with any other sites.

It doesn't appear to be you, at least the diagnostic part. I cliicked on the link, and I am able to access the site, though it's a little slow.

So is there server just really busy? and I happen to be at the end of the line. At lesst on your tracert you got through.

Well, destination net unreachable doesn't appear that I'm getting through. :D
