Nokia 7250i and my PC

i want to connect my nokia 7250i to my pc, i know i can get a cable but i have far tomany of them hanging about already, and i've heard i can use a infrared card or some such? is this true? where can i get a compatable one and how much, i live in the and would like it asap so shipping from america is somethign i really cant be bothered with.

you need an infrared port, which connects to the PC through USB, something like this one:

Then, you can connect your phone to the PC, transfer files, backup things...
