windows 95B questions

I recently installed Windows 95B and it seemed to be running fine... but I've recently noticed that when I go to shut down and restart. The PC will not reboot without me hitting the reset button. Otherwise it seems to be running fine. Any suggestions? 2nd problem when I send something to the Recycle Bin it automatically empties. I've checked the Properties and it is not set up to automatically delete it......

Check the *size* of the recycle bin - I would bet that it's 0%.

Recycle Bin was set to 11%. It turned out that the Recycle Bin would only "delete" empty folders on its own. If I sent a file to the recycle bin it would remain until I "emptied the recycle bin".
