Voice Recognition

What is a good Voice Recognition program? Is Dragon Naturally Speaking o.k.? I heard that it messed with your OS.

I use Naturally Speaking all the time to dictate reports- after it is trained it does a relatively good job- although far from perfect. I've never had problems with the program on any computer
