What is the keystroke combination to have Windows bypass startup items. I have already removed things in the startup folder in safe mode, but something is running in the background that crashes the computer on startup (reference to rnaapp)

Left shift pressed while booting to GUI
F8 before OS Loading to get boot menu.

Thanks Ex... I knew the F8, we're good friends, couldn't remember for the life of me the left shift though.
