addware and spyware program

I need good software to destroy addware and spyware.I notice Spybot isn't free any more.Are there any free downloads left.Thanks

you may be looking in the wrong place, go to www.download.com and search for spybot, its listed as free.

also at the same site, search for ad-aware, another good spyware removal program.

I use Spybot S&D as well as Adaware, what one doesn't get, the other will.
