how do you set up an account on outlook 2000 to ask for password when logging in?

I am trying to set up a profile on outlook 2000. I log onto the computer under a generic user name but I want to be able to open outlook on the computer on my username. How do I do this so when I double click on the outlook icon it asks me for my username and password so just not anybody who logs in the machine under the generic account can access my email?

Just follow this guide, but don't change anything till you get to the password screen.
