Wont Print

I have a dell 4600 and about 60% of the time that i try to print, it wont, then i have to delete the printing. (thus my other thread http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=88772 )

it does print on my older (and piece of crap) Hp though

does anyone have any ideas why it wont print sometimes and will print other times?¿?¿
