Im wondering if it would be better to get PC-4000 ram instead of the PC-3200. Can i actualy do this?
THe ram is the Kingston HyperX Series Dual Kits 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-4000
I am planning to oc.
Will the 2500 mobile fit on my mother board?(located in sig)

You may want to save money and just get pc3500 or pc3700.

the 4000 is around $300 i think and the 3500 is about $246(Kingston HyperX Series 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3500)
And i read that the 4000 could work with the infinity.

The price dif is not that big of a deal but would it be worth it to spend the extra $ to get the 4000 instead of the 3500?

dont bother with the PC4000, as it is designed to run at CL3, and will need VERY high voltage to do CL2. CL3 and nforce2 dont mix too well, youll take a very big perfomance hit. get some good quality PC3200/3500 thats rated for 2-2-2-6 and youll be rockin and rollin. my friend made the same mistake by buying PC4000 corsair and hes wondering why hit barton doesnt perform better than my Tbred at the same clockspeed. its because his latencies are too high. the only PC4000 i would recommend is the OCZ CL2.5, it will have a much easier time doing CL2 at lower FSB speeds. As for the mobile barton question, yes it will work...it will just recognize it wrong upon initial boot. with a good mobile and good memory with your mobo you should see 2600MHz or more out of that chip. i plan on purchasing one of those soon.
