win 98se startup

I am running win 98se and everytime I start my pc up, my file that holds ms office 2000 opens up over my desktop. How can I stop this from happening?

take it out of the startup folder or run msconfig from start -> Run and then go to the startup tab and uncheck anything having to do with MS Office.
