I purchased a Black Gold Media Centre Digital and installed it in my Shuttle. I have to say it gives an excellent picture and I am happy. The problem is when I am doing something while watching TV or listening the the radio the sound and picture constantly skips. For example. pressing send/recieve in outlook or scrolling down a web site etc. Really annoying! I'm sure this shouldn't happen as I should be able to watch TV and do some stuff at the same time.

Anyone know why this is happening? I can't listen to the radio if I want to do anything!

Are you on broadband or dialup?

It may be a RAM issue.
What other programs do you have running in the background?

How much of a resource hog is the TV card?

I'm going to throw out the idea of it possibly being an IRQ issue. You may be trying to pump too much data through a single channel. You may want to try putting the tuner in a different PCI slot and see if that helps your cause.
