Multiple Monitor question.

Im running windows 2000, but i think this problem is probably standard between all versions of windows that support multiple monitors, so im asking it here.

In icq, when you move it to the edge of the screen it automactially snaps to fill the whole edge of the screen. now to be able to get it over to the other monitor, i need to drag it over there, but i cant since once at the edge of the screen, it snaps to the side.

does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I found a solution! its not perfect but it gets the job done.

its a small app for working with multiple monitors:

it lets you switch apps to the other screen, but once there there you cant resize icq, or move it.
