I am using " D++"software for the hub, I have two choices passive or active connection. I don't know, which one I should choose for secure network.

Please help

can youy elaborate please. I have never heard of D++ software on/as a hub.

Its like a FTP with yahoo messenger, you could connect to public hub which connects other computers world wide to share files. In this one you can access to their folder or files or hard drive, if the owner has given access to others. After all It's free.

It's like a networkig with computers and alow sharing any particular folder or hard drive with owner permision ,but I don't if there is a hole, So, other guys can access to your entire hard drive. Ok, say you split your hard drive into 4, and
give access to one drive, Can these guys "So called hackers" access other drivers.

If you're using P2P software, normally no option is safe. :)
