Is it necessary to log out everytime i leave the PC Mechanic Forums?

not unless u don't want someone else to post on this board from your computer or you like to enter your username and password everytime u want to make a post

If you want a quick way to get back here, here's my method. One of the "hot keys" on my keyboard is set to the the PC Mech forums page after the sign in. I let XP remember my screen name and password so when I push the button, I'm immediately at the index page. The I can either browse the forums or click on "view new posts".
