ClickArt graphic CDs not working

Just switching to PC so forgive me if this is not where to ask. Have older ClickArt CD pack that I used with my Mac for years. When I insert CD into my Dell XP Pro, all I see is a blank E:/ drive with nothing inside. Is there something I need to do so I can view and use the CD graphics on my PC? Thanks

I had a similar problem with a floppy created on a mac, and windows couldn't read it, I used a program called MacDrive:

And it worked, the site says that it works with CDs too.

It's not free, but there is an evaluation copy, works for 15 or something.
