1) Do any of you know a site with FREE good looking webtemplates?

2) Does anyone know of a good FREE webhost that has php support and maby also cgi?

Yes, http://www.webtemplates.ws is the best web template site out there but a lot of their template contains tons of images. If you're basically eliminate dial-up users then yes, they have really nice template. I sometime use it myself with a lot of modification.
