choosing cases

im building a rig for my friend and he hasnt decided on the case yet. he wants one in the 90USD range with a window and no power supply and hes mainly concerned on how many extra case fans he can put in the case

or is it just cheaper to buy a case with a ****ty power suply and replace the power supply?

Go to a site, such as Newegg, and look around. There are literally hundreds to choose from. Sometimes you can find a good deal on a case with a less than desirable PSU.
