Can i get one of these mobile ones for my next machine? Maybe it will be like the amd 2500+ mobile and be unlocked and super overclockable... Anyoen got info on these chips?

Tin Canary is the man who is the best in ocing he told me that that chip is better than destop one and worht the money and its the best.

i think u mean about teh bartons that are mobile, im talking about the 64 mobiles

theoretically, if theyre socket 754 it should work in a desktop machine. to my knowledge nobody has tested a mobile A64 in a desktop machine.

on a simliar note.. what about the pentium M's? or are they diff socket?

its not the socket, its the architecture that is a thing to have to recon with...If the proc is built for a laptop mobo, or issomthign like that, it wont work right or at all..
