Monitor internet connection

I want to know how much of my internet access I'm actually useing. Is there a program that I can put on one of my computers that will tell me how much of my internet access all my computers are useing?

That only shows each computer, I want to know how much is going through all my computers combined. And 2 of them aren't running 2k and XP.
