My system has been acting crazy all day, and had to reboot a dozen times already. One stange thing that happened is when I went to go to my PC Mechanic Forum folder in Outlook Express 6, OE did nothing. I then clicked on my Inbox, and OE took me there. Again I clicked on my Forum box/folder, and nothing. I closed OE and reopened it, and, poof!,my Forum folder was gone!!
I looked with Windows Explorer and the .dbx file seems to be there, but I could not get OE to find it. Any ideas on how to get the .dbx back into OE??
Thanks for any help :)

Try importing the .dbx file.
File > import > messages > MS OE6 (or whatever version you're using) >make sure "import mail from an OE6 identity" is selected and select which ever identity you choose (normally main identity) > hit OK and the rest is just a matter of hitting next and finish.

Hi Force Flow :) Long time no see!
I couldn't get it to work, but you gave me a good idea. What I did was to rename what I thought was the original folder to anything else. I then Created a New Folder like the original, which was blank of course. I then got out of OE and then renamed the new folder to anything else, then re-renamed the original folder back to it's rightful name. And Poof!! it was back !!
Yippie :)
Thanks!!
