damn... have all these processes running that I dont want running on this new comp I built.. when I hit cntrl-alt-delete

checked on http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/and said they were all spyware or possible exploits for viruses.....

Here's the problem which I dont get????

I have a router, zone alarm, sygate firewall pro, trendmicro virus scanner

and still I get sent all this crap??? WTF???? How is that freakin possible??

I also ran ad-aware, and spybot, which supposedly removed the spyware. But thes processes are still running and I cannot remove them.

If I do, they just come right back when I reboot. I dowloaded the free trial version of 'the cleaner" to "clean" the registry, but that didnt work.

I also have the damn svchost.exe crap which auto shuts down my comp when I try to remove it from the processes----EVEN Fn' THOUGH I installed the MSBlaster patch from Microsoft before I did anything else with the comp...

I can build all the computers I want, but **** this software crap kills me..

What the heck to do now??

SVCHOST.EXE needs to be running or it will do that.
What are the processes that you want to terminate?
Are they causing your computer to slow down? If not, leave them alone because you may create damage.
Quiestion. Why are you running a router, zonealarm, and sygate personal firewall? A Hardware firewalll will do just enough.
Here's a tip, learn about the process before you terminate it.
Some information on SVCHOST.EXE:
Process File: svchost or svchost.exe
Process Name: Service Host Process
Description: Application that works as a host process for services that run from dynamic link libraries.
Company: Microsoft Corp.
System Process: Yes
Security Risk ( Virus/Trojan/Worm/Adware/Spyware ): No
Common Errors: N/A
