Yeah, CoolWebShredder says you got hit with one of those CoolWebSearch browers search page or home page hijackers.

Don't use the "Scan Only" button, click next instead, the program will not only find cwshredder, but removed or fix the problems. Takes the guess work out of it.

where does it say that I got hit with a browser hijacker or redirect?

Because I havent experienced any actual hijack, just wierd bugs its seems like sometimes my PC not booting all the way, or operating extremely slow sometimes, so I ran a scan-

Every time it stated FOUND, it found an entry of it. If you haven't already, you may also want to run Ad-aware and Spybot as spyware can also cause those problems.
