Heatsink fan? help

I was just thinking which way to have the fan ontop of the CPU heatsink?
Blowing onto the heatsink
or
Sucking air away from the heatsink

this is for a retail hsf that comes with the AMD 2500 CPU

Ditto, also to see what direction air will be flowing, look for 2 arrows on the side of the fan, it will tell you what way the blades spin and what direction the air will be flowing.

mine have all sucked air through the hs The only heatsinks that I know of that "sucked" air through the heatsink were the Alpha's and certain Swiftech's. Stock Intel or AMD heatsink fans have always blown air down onto the heatsink.
