Your case didn't come with fans? I would just get 2, one front intake near the floor, another up near top of case in back. I both of my systems only have 2 fans and work fine. Not sure what fans you would get, I woul djust shoot for any generic kind... maybe for a quieter one? Also make sure to get the right size. 80mm, 120mm and so on. Don't wanna end up with the wrong sized fans.

Uhhh.... No idea :p I Would assume they are 80 though... maybe a ruler? Not sure where you start and end a measurement though :(
those fans should be 80mm. however, id also like to address that your memory is really crippling your system. PC3200 should be the minimum for an 800FSB P4C.
EDIT: nevermind about the memory, i just read you have a 2.4B. my apology ;)

yeah i was sorta mad about my memory/cpu combo....didnt really think those two through as well as i should of...so i apted for the 2.4B instead of the C....oh well...i shall learn from the mistakes from my first build....and this machine still kicks the crap out of the AMD 333Mhz ive been using since 98...i never updated to XP either...so getting used to all the stuff in XP has been an adventure as well

You don't need specific intake or exhaust fans...all the fans are the same. Just buy two 80mm fan with the 4 pin pass through connectors and when you get them, check the side of the fan frame for the directional arrows that show direction of blade rotation and air flow. The front fan should have the arrow pointing into the case, the rear fan should have the arrow pointing out of the case.

whichever way the little thing that covers the wire is pointing it the way the air bvlows
On the side of the fan theres 2 arrows, one points in the direction of the airflow, the other points in the direction that the fan spins.

If there are no arrows on the fan i usually use a lit cigarette, hold it near the fan (outside the case) and see if it sucks the smoke n or not. Not really a recommended solution but it works at a push especially if you've got several fans in close proximity to each other and cant feel the direction of flow
