Install/Uninstall Windows Components not working

As the title says. Whenever I click on that option a "wait" message appears and then some stupid wizard starts performing the tasks "I requested" and then a window appears saying that it's done and I should click on Finish. I do that and the Install/Uninstall programs window appears again but displaying those programs that don't come with WinXP, the first option of the four.

If I click on Add New Programs and/or Setup Programs, it's ok, but if I click on the Install/Uninstall Windows Components the same thing happens.

Any clues?
