My pop up blocker does a hell of a job doing what it is suppose to do, the problem is that there are certain pop up's that I actually want to see. Is there a way to view the pop ups you want (with out having to disable it) and still get the one's you want blocked?

What pop up blocker are you using? Some have a setting for how aggressive they are at blocking.
Most popup blockers can be bypassed on a per-link basis by holding down either the Shift or Ctrl key when clicking on a link.
Having tried what seems like dozens of popup stoppers, I've found the one that comes with the Google Tool Bar to be the best. So far, it hasn't made a mistake in knowing which windows to block and which to let on by.

Mozilla Firefox's built-in pop-up stopper is great, and I never have the problem of it blocking things I want (I had before with my previous blocker + IE).
