I saw this in my startup menu, what is it? What program can I use to ask me if I want something to go on startup list?

What is it?
A blank line that can be deleted.
How can I make things startup upon boot?
Put a shortcut in your start up folder, located in your start menu>programs folder.

So its safe to remove it? Why it it blank??
I was asking for a program that tells me when anything tries to go on startup list so I can allow it or stop it from going on the list.

It's blank because some uninstall program deleted the values in it but not the registry key itself. Go figure.
I don't know of any program like that. I just manually check msconfig every so often to see if anything new is there that I don't want.

Ghost - I believe the active scanner part of The Cleaner from www.moosoft.com will tell you when any changes are made to your registry.
That could very well be a worm or spyware. Go to that registry key and see if there are any clues.

I doubt its malware caus I did 3 virus scans(plus I have NOD32 resident scanner), 3 spyware scans(one of them CWShredder) and 1 trojan scan(AČ). Although CWShredder found msonfig.exe, I have no idea how it go there, wasnt there the morning, went on site I usualy go to(plus the pcmech chat room on trillian) and then it was there.
