Just do a normal boot from the XP cd to do the install and select which partition you want it installed on. Format that selected partition to NTFS and complete the install. Once finished, use XP's Disk Management to format the remaining partitions. This assumes you want to keep the partitions the same size as now.

If you want to get rid of the partitions and start fresh you can download Delpart from http://www.russelltexas.com/delpart.htm
This will allow you to delete the existing partitions and set up new ones with XP.
