What software to use for an internal BBS?

I need to set up a BB or discussion board for internal use. Can I do this with applications like phpBB or Invision?

What other recommendations do you have for a free or inexpensive software for this. It will be running on a Win2K server with SQL2000 (7 available).

I would think you could use any forum type software that's compatible with your SQL and will run on W2K.

PHPBB will work on SQL Server and Windows 2000. You do have to install PHP though.
