I got a new computer and when i go online i get attacked by the blaster worm
i downloaded the removal tool and it removed it and all was good but then it returned.
I found out that Windows update has a patch to stop it but my internet doesnt stay on for long enogh to download it
Is there a way i can download the patch on my other computer and transfer it to the infected comuter?
A link would be nice as i cant find any where to download just the balster worm patch
Any help is welcome, Thanks in advance

if u r using windows xp then u could try enabling its built in firewall before u go online. I think this stops it from getting through to your pc. Maybe someone else will be able to give u more advice on the subject, but try it anyway.

Blaster worm uses TCP ports: 4444 and 135, and UDP port 69, blocking these ports before patching is a good idea.
