I have a Demon case and the only thing I hate is that the front of the case led's are connected through the power supply and not through the hard disk activity and power led on mobo. I have no idea on how to do this and would like to hear ideas. If anyone has this particular case and did the same change it would help me out a lot. Also I have three fans (back, side, and bottom) and they are all blowing out. What is the best way to change them around so i have the best airflow. I also have a grill at the top of the case. Thanks for any advice.

For the fans you want one in front blowing in, and 2 in the back blowing out, since your useing a P4 you don't need anymore cooling so just leave the top grill alone. Are the LED's working? If so why change them?

The leds work, but they don't flash when the hard disk is being used. I am all about the blink.

The hard drive led is quite easy. It has two pins on the mobo usually labeled, if not they're in the mobo manual. You can connect the led directly to these, so just snip the wire from the power supply and connect it to the pins. Polarity matters, but it won't break, so if it won't light just flip it. Power led is sometimes more complicated because they are sometimes bicolor leds, but you can almost always hook them up the same way as you did the hard drive leds.

To make a connector for it, it would be easiest to salvage the two pin connector from something you don't use anymore. You can also buy them (1x2, .1" or 2.54mm pitch connectors) from Jameco, Digikey, or some local stores, like here (http://www.jameco.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ExecMacro/Jameco/searchResult.d2w/report?sort=BPA&search=100811) and you also have to buy the pins (http://www.jameco.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prmenbr=91&prrfnbr=2529&cgrfnbr=744&ctgys=503;524;744;) for it.
