I have spybot, adaware, AVG, Macaffee....every one of these says I'm fine.
Yet every so often....hour by hour....the JPG file icons I have on my desktop change....from a hiway sign to a deck of cards....If I reboot...they lok normal....then in about an hour or so....they become different.
These files we're downloaded from my camera then saved using Adobe PS 7.

I'm constantly updating my programs and defrag weekly......any ideas?

I think I may have it figgered out.
Adobe Photoshop 7 has a tab in the properties of a jpg file( when its default program is Photoshop) the tab is titled Photoshop and has a box to check for "generate Icons".
This gives the icon a small thumb of the image itself.

I don't know how it changed itself to other things but when I cleared this box, I have the Adobe standard PSD eyeball as an Icon.
Haven't had the changes happen either.

Crazy buggers!
