What would make me want to use the omega drivers instead of the official ATI's? What are the benefits and what not. Thanks.

I tried the omega drivers on 2 occasions and seen no benefits at all, but for those whom have trouble with the ATI drivers often find the omega drivers to be a great alternative.

I use Omega drivers and havent noticed a difference but I believe the Omega drivers are used for overclocking.

I use Omega drivers because of a previous problem with an Catalyst driver update. Been using them ever since. His drivers are designed to give more adjustability for folks who want to oc or for heavy gamers that need greater system ajustments.

The Omegas are also non-certified, which allows for mods to work such as opening pipelines in certain cards.
