Mp3 to WMA converter?

any one no any good Mp3 to WMA converter that will allow you to do a mass conversion and not one at a time??

ive tried "windows media encoder" but as far as i can tell it only does one conversion at a time and then you have to do it all over again...

I havent used it for mp3 (but it does have the option) but have for mpeg's and it works great.

Some of those converters may convert the file extension, but might not further compress.
