3dmark error

When I run 3dmark03 it stops after a while and gives me the erro: Unable to creat volume texture. Ayone know whats wrong?

I had a problem running 3DMark03 and found I had to disable the Norton AV before I ran it.

I disabled Norton and I still get the error, I've also uninstaled and reinstalled 3dmark.
