Spybot problems

Hello all,
I have spybot installed in my PIII 800 run'n with XP pro and everytime i try to download spybot's updates it just completely freezes.... not my OS but spybot freezes and XP runs perfectly fine.. can anyone tell me what's going on?

Switch the server to a US one. It freezes because everyone is useing the default server. When you first start the download from any of the other servers it will look like its frozen, but it will only last a minute or two. You can also download the update files from the spybot site.
