I will admit that I am pretty computer stupid before I ask this question. Please take it easy on me,

My question is real simple. If I am listening to a particular radio show and have to put the volume up to the max to hear it, is it the feed or can I adjust the volume????

What volum do you put to the max? There shoiuld be 3 different ones, the player used to listen to it usualy has a volume, there is a system volume and ofcourse the speakers, if one of those is low that might be your problem.

Ya, this can get a little tricky. You have to kind of mess with 2 of them and get them to a good mid range and then control the sound with just one, or you will drive yourself nuts. If this is not the issue, then you could just have a weak feed. Happens. In that case, crank up everything.
