After reviewing other threads I have come to the conclusion that the reasons for random reboots and crashes are usually caused by poor power supply to one or more compinents, and CPU overheating. I can sometimes run intensive games for long periods of times, and sometimes it reboots within 10 minutes of playing. When I go into BIOS after a crash/reboot my CPU temp reads usually at or around 58 degrees, I have a Barton 3200 and was wondering if that is to hot? I also have an Antec trublue PSU and I have routed the power wires prety nicely to get adequate supply to all my componets, would it be my PSU or CPU at fault?

well, the temp is a little warm, so it may be a possibility. Are you using the stock HSF?

Antec PSUs are one of the good brands. What's the wattage rating on it, and what are the rest of your specs?

To see if you're having a heat related problem, try removing the case sides and place a small table fan next to the PC and use your computer normally. If it doesn't reboot, the problem might be heat related and you gotta do something about it. If it still reboots, you have to troubleshoot further.

A faulty video card or RAM will also cause random reboots. Might also be the motherboard.

If you're using WinXP, did you turn off the "Restart On Errors" feature?
