Anyone know alternatives to PC Anywhere that do the same thing but without the cost? I have a couple friends who bug me all the time for tech support, and I'm getting tired of running across town all the time.
I know you can do remote assistance through Windows Messenger, but I think you need Windows XP to do it and you can't access it without a person on both ends of the connection.
I think you can do the same thing using Windows Terminal Server, but I don't know if it has ever been done before.
