Nero 6 ultra suite help?

I purchased a copy of NEro 6 ultra because it said it could copy everything....

well it don't....I tried to copy (back-up) some dvd's I already own and it won't let me....

I tried using nero express and nero burning rom (all on the suite)

it tells me they are copyrighted...duh....but i know this can be done....

does anyone know how to correctly do this using this software?

I tried dvd video and dvd iso and copy on the fly and all failed...

You can't with Nero. Recode might.
Get DVD Decrypter and DVDShrink.

Can't direct copy a dual layer DVD to a single layer disc with anything. You have to use intermediate steps, reboot has addressed that. Dual layer burners are just starting to appear.
