I was very, very tired and bored of the dull, bland look of my case. With some suggesations and help of FLG, he aquainted me with the use/operation of a dremel, and we were off. First we cut a few fan grills from the back of the case. It looked like a Reeses ;) Then we sanded it down to resemble a circle, and then moved to the front 120mm Fan grill, and repeated the process. It looked good, but it still wasn't enough. I opted to paint the interior of the case. FLG said 'eh'. I was going to get textured paint (Rustoleum "Hammered" to be exact) but due to laziness and lack of dough we used what we could - BBQ Grill Paint :) Suprisingly, it came out amazing - the flat black paint just looks cool. It was quite easy to do, and was pretty fool proof. I still see room for improvement - a window and some new grills on the top and side are in the works for the near future. I think I'm hooked :)
Also, a VERY BIG Thank You to FLG - I would've been sawing up my case to oblivion without him ;)

FLG is the one wearing the Frozen-Cpu Shirt ;)

Looking nice Joeberg. Maybe one day I'll find the guts to carve up my Sonata...

Hey that looks very good. Now you guys need to take a roadtrip to my place and play PC make over on my comp lol.

I almost lost an eye trying to cut up a heatsink with a dremel lol those blades shatter pretty easy....

Thanks for the compliments guys :)

I know what you mean Noctunx, We had about 3 Cutting Discs shatter (1 on the back 80mm Fan grill, and 2 on the front 120mm fan grill)

Modding your case is an expression of yourself and is alot of fun to do. Good job dude. Now ya need a good HSF (http://the-inquirer.com/?article=16247) to go with that. :p

FLG and I were using the very thin plain ones. We only had the thick reinforced discs, and they werent cutting as good as the thinner plain ones...

LOL Pro. That looks more like something you would find on an airplane than inside your PC case :D.

It takes a lot of practice to minimize breakage, but at the cost of those things, it almost doesn't matter  :) - Just make sure to keep your safety glasses on! :D
