Pages in IE don't refresh, GIFs don't show??

I have 2 problems with IE...

1. Every time I go to a site, say like this one when I click a thread, I have to click refresh if I want to see the lastest content. Any way to disable caching? or an auto refresh?

2. Gifs don't show up.....Eg. For example my signature does'nt show up.

At work I don't have any of these probelms and both computers are identical. Except for the internet connection.
At home I have cable. Work DSL.

Any Sug? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like its time to clear some Temporary Internet Files. In IE go Tools > Internet Options, then click the button "Delete Files". It wouldn't hurt to delete the cookies either.
