Re: running MOBO outside case. Have done as directed but still no display.
Iam using an AOPen motherboard Iam as well trying a new GE FORCE MX 4000. The power supply is 250W, is this strong enough to run this system?? Also using new 256 DDR DIMM RAM. Any HELP would be appriciated. |

What CPU you using?
Yeah, 250 watts might be too little. What brand is it? Do you have a compatible power supply with at least 300 watts you can try? You really should have started your own thread about this problem, I don't think this thread is for troubleshooting specific problems. Cricket

Hal, just wanted to let you know I followed your solution re; running
MOBO out of the case and all 10 steps. You were right it was one of the components. Surprise to me it was the power supply. Re-Newed , sytem now has a display and were good to go. Thanks for your input. |
