only thing i would recommend is purchasing all of your parts from one vendor. it eliminates a lot of hassle both while buying and in case you need to make a return. generally, people recommend newegg and zipzoomfly

Looks good to me too - do you have an operating system in hand already? If not, the WinXP Home SP2 is around 90 USD at Newegg.
