Recommend a motherboard for AMD 64 3200 Venice(939 Socket)?

I need a Motherboard for AMD 64 3200 Venice(939 Socket)

Heres my build

AMD 64 3200 Venice(939 Socket)
160 gb harddrive IDE
Lite On Dvd Burner
6800 Vanilla AGP
1 GB Corsair value select DDR (2 x 512)

I need a mobo that has 4 ddr slots and can dual channel and i'm trying to spend as little as possible. Thanks in advance

You didn't mention if you want to stay with AGP or go PCI-E. Actually either way, I'd go (and did) with Asus. I stayed with AGP and went with the A8V Deluxe.
