ASUS PC Probe - Fans not working??

I just ran a program that my MoBo came with.
It is called ASUS PC Probe.

It monitors CPU Temps, MB Temps, CPU Fans, voltage, Power fan and Chassis fan.

All the stuff says OK BUT the Power Fan and Chassis fans. The boxes are unchecked and if I check the box, it says "Fan Power below threshhold!" and "Chassis fan below Threshhold!". (Just those 2)

I connected them to the Mobo nice and tight so why does it not recognize the fans? I thought they were not working so I put my hand over where the fans were and there were indeed blowing air out. I could feel a strong breeze coming out of them. So they are working in my mind.

1.) why did the ASUS Probe "uncheck" those boxes? ( I never uncecked them myself.)

2.) why is it not recognizing the fans? They are working as far as I can tell.

How would I go about fixing this? I made sure all connections were nice and tight to the MoBo.

You might have a couple of fans that don't have monitoring capabilities. Some fans I've come across do not have the ability to be monitored, and so the motherboard would see this as an inactive fan. The software probably disables monitoring automatically if no monitoring is detected.
